  • Documents (optional/when required): KYC for insurance or gated community entry passes.
  • Feedback/support: messages, tickets, survey responses.

b) Payments

  • Payments are processed by our payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay/PayU/Stripe). We do not store full card/UPI details. We may receive masked data (last four digits), payment method, transaction ID, and status.

c) Communications & recordings

  • Calls to our support numbers may be recorded for training, dispute resolution, and quality assurance.
  • WhatsApp/SMS messages and emails sent to us are retained per our retention policy below.

d) Website & cookies

  • Device/usage data: IP address, device/browser type, pages visited, time on page, referrals.
